Join me in the gorgeous Shanti Space, only 30 minutes north of Lisbon, nestled amongst the trees, for a deeply nourishing few days of movement and rest. The classes will be predominately dance focused although no previous dance experience is needed. You have a body, and that is all you’ll need, along with a curious and playful heart.
My heart felt vision is that you come and feel you can fully express yourself. That you learn new things about your body by exploring your inner landscape, that you feel more integrated and embodied in yourself and that you find liberation in your unique expression of what it means to be you in these every changing times.
This will be an amazing opportunity to explore the wisdom of your own body through various movement practices with focus on dance, somatics, spine exploration and so much more. We will move with the elemental energies, dance with our inner landscapes, explore, discover, feel, express, listen, integrate, embody and rest in our own inner wisdom, knowing that we have everything we need inside of us.
The last fifteen plus years have been spent diving deep into the world of self development, learning, teaching and continuing to study with teachers in Shamanism and Dance around the world. I came into this world singing and dancing and continue to learn and share my love for these modalities with others through Ecstatic Dance Journeys, Sound Journeys and Ceremonies.
My true heart work is empowering others to see their own unique light and gifts through the power of movement, music and creative expression. I believe that if we all met each other on the dance floor and danced our feelings, our stories and our emotions we would feel liberated and understand each other so much more.
Our body holds everything in it. It is our continuous work to listen, to clear, to integrate and embody what we receive. In doing so we can be more free in our bodies and therefore in our life force.
Dancing allows us to move everything without re-living trauma or old stories. This is true liberation. Sound good??
The Retreat
As we meet on the dance floor you will be truly taken care of with your accommodation, food and practices. I invite you to come and disconnect from the “real” world for a few days so that you can receive the full benefits of our time together.

The Venue
& The Food
Nestled in a beautiful woodland valley, only half an hour from Lisbon and fifteen minutes from Ericeira beach, The Shanti Space is a nourishing family-run sanctuary for retreat, to rest and restore well-being whilst bathed in the loving embrace of nature.
You will have the opportunity to have space in between classes and meals to rest and enjoy the nature in and around the retreat centre. There are also additional 1-1 treatments that you can pre book. We will also enjoy a Temezcal and a Cacao Ceremony as part of our time together.
We will be nourished daily with incredible healthy food by the wonderful Lindsay who knows how to take care of us all with her delicious treats!
