Flying in all the way from Montreal, Canada our lovely Nicole shares her love for expansion, connection and growth through creatively designed yoga sequences, intuitive movement and sacred cacao ceremonies. She has spent the last twenty years diving deep in her own yoga practice and the last decade facilitating retreats, whilst continuing her own path of healing and learning, mentoring with world renowned teachers in Shamanism and Yoga.

Nicole believes we all have a unique tapestry, a beautiful Goldprint, that we are all meant to discover. No two humans are created the same. Our uniqueness is our gift to this world. She believes that the more time that we spend connecting to our own heart, the more we can get to know our unique truth.

Joanna Lewins

The last fifteen years have been spent diving deep into the world of self development, learning, teaching and continuing to study with teachers in Shamanism and Dance around the world. Joanna came into this world singing and dancing and continues to learn and share her love for these modalities with others through Ecstatic Dance Journeys, Sound Journeys and Ceremonies.

Her true heart work is empowering others to see their own unique light and gifts through the power of movement, music and creative expression. She believes we are all artists at heart, just bursting with creativity that wants to be expressed, yet it is often through pain and loss that we access these deep, creative parts within ourselves to later birth them into creation. Throughout the retreat she will be guiding you through various dance practices, creative workshops and vocal activation to tap into these parts within, to activate and to express them.
