HOLD
The Art of Facilitation

You can learn a modality. But learning how to hold people through it is an art.
Held over 4 Sundays, Santos, Lisbon

There is a difference between knowledge and wisdom.

You can learn the tools. Learn the sequence. Learn what to say. Learn how to teach.
But the most powerful spaces are often held by people who have lived what they are sharing.

You can feel it. In their presence. In their listening. In their voice. In the way they enter a room.

And right now, this matters.

We are living in a world that is changing faster than most of us can process.

More information. More modalities. More teachers. More retreats. More trainings. More people wanting to create meaningful spaces. And underneath it all? A deep hunger for connection, meaning, belonging and somewhere to truly feel, slow down & listen.

We need more people doing good work. And we also need that work to be held well.

People don't only experience what you offer. They also experience it by the transmission that you, and only you can bring. Your essence cannot be replicated & that’s where the magic is... your uniqueness

HOLD is not another modality.

It isn't about becoming a guru. Or collecting another certificate. It isn't about copying someone else's way of facilitating. It's about becoming more deeply embodied in your own.

Learning to feel, listen, read the room, respond. How to trust more & guide from a grounded place. Knowing when to let go & when to step forward...and when to get out of the way and just observe.

HOLD is for you if:

+ You've finished a training and feel there is more.
+ You're already facilitating and want to go deeper.
+ You want more confidence reading a room
+ You want to find your own voice and learn how to transmit that power and to anchor that in
+ You desire to create truly intentional spaces that others feel as soon as they enter
+ You want to facilitate from a place of presence
+ You’re interested in energy, shamanic tools and creating spaces that allow people to go deep

Or maybe you simply feel: “I want to learn how to hold people better.”

The deeper work

Over four Sundays, you’ll deepen your practice, sharpen your awareness and learn to trust what you sense. To create spaces that feel intentional, grounded and real.

HOLD is the art of creating the conditions for something REAL and meaningful to happen. It’s not just replicating a method, it’s creating an experience that stays with people.
