1:1 Vocal Activation - 2 hours

A two hour intensive to reconnect with your voice, open blocked expression and/or prepare for a life moment (e.g. performance, speaking event, healing milestone).

In this session together we will work with movement, breath, sound and personal reflection. We’ll meet in person either at my studio just outside of Lisbon or at your home. The session can also be done online if we aren’t in the same location.

It will be a deeply personalised 1:1 experience in which we’ll explore your voice through somatic practices, emotional release, breathwork and embodied movement. When we work together, we enter a co-creative, sacred space where your body, voice, spirit and emotions are welcomed and honoured. We don’t just work on how you sound, we work on how you feel, what you believe and how you show up in the world.
