A soulful and safe space to explore Vocal Embodiment in community. Through sound, movement and breath we connect, release, feel and express in shared presence as we invite in play and liberation.

There is something very beautiful that happens when we come together to share our voices. The vibration alone is felt and we leave feeling touched, deeply. Something shifts. It can be subtle… it can be deep. Often something moves and there may be feelings we can’t put words to. So we express with sound and movement instead.

Communication isn’t just words.
We communicate through our energy and the way we move.
