VOICES OF THE EARTH DAY WORKSHOP, Floresta Encantada Sintra

Join us (@phae_music) over the Solstice weekend as the seasons turn for a deeply nourishing day of movement and music. Our intention is for you to arrive, land in your bodies, connect to yourselves deeply as the instrument and channel that you are, open your voices and liberate yourselves in the process. There will be individual work, partner work and group work. Expect the unexpected.

Daily Schedule (subject to flow as the energy speaks)

10.30am: Doors Open
11am: Soft and Slow Movement Practice connecting with breath and stillness
12: Vocal Activation: warming up the voice through different practices (vocal and movement)
1pm: Singing Circle - be ready for everything and anything

1.30-3pm: LUNCH BREAK - we will share a community lunch, please bring a dish

3pm: Playing with imperfection / Improvisation Work
4pm: Circle - Singing and Sharing

5-6pm: BREAK

6-8pm: Community TO GATHER Singing Circle - we open up the doors to the wider community for an evening of song!
