Join myself and guest facilitator, Nana Martins, in the gorgeous Shanti Space, only 30 minutes north of Lisbon, nestled amongst the trees, for a creative, playful and transformative few days as we reignite our creative potential and SHINE. Workshops and practices will be hands on, full of curiosity, childlike wonder, exploration and perhaps even push you to your edges… all for your own expansion and liberation.
My heart felt vision is that you come and feel you can fully express yourself and allow yourself to be seen. That you break through stagnation, imposter syndrome, self doubt and RISE out of any fears that hold you back from bringing your creations to life. You will learn new things about your body by exploring your inner landscape, how to be more creatively solutions driven that will have a positive impact in your life, your career and your relationships, and through this process you will find liberation in your unique expression of what it means to be YOU.

Joanna Lewins:
For those that already know me, you know I’m a passionate creative visionary with a rebellious heart, dedicated to crafting transformational experiences through music, dance and art. I believe deeply in the power of movement, music and authentic self-expression to inspire change and LOVE to dance with others.
I will be guiding movement practices, rituals to release, reclaim and empower alongside workshops that invite curiosity, courage and body exploration as a way to listen, feel, express and embody.
Guest Facilitator
Nana Martins:
A Conscious Communication & Relational Coach guiding curious men and women to cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and with others. Her mentorship offers a unique blend of tools from her extensive background in communications, drawing lessons from experts such as Esther Perel and Brené Brown, as well as from her self-development explorations and conscious practices such as guided meditation and body movement.
She will be offering immersive, creative workshops that remind us of the power of play, childlike awe and creating without fear.
Together we will create a beautiful, safe space for you to explore, have fun, create, be seen and release anything that holds you back from truly shining your light! YUM!

The Venue & Accommodation
Nestled in a beautiful woodland valley, only half an hour from Lisbon and fifteen minutes from Ericeira beach, The Shanti Space is a nourishing family-run sanctuary for retreat, to rest and restore well-being whilst bathed in the loving embrace of nature. You will have the opportunity to have space in between classes and meals to rest and enjoy the nature in and around the retreat centre.
There are also additional 1-1 treatments that you can pre book. We will also enjoy a Temezcal, Fire Ceremony and a Cosy Cacao Ritual as part of our time together to weave in ancient practices as a way to pray with intention. Very powerful and potent ceremonies that will create lasting change.
We will of course be nourished daily with incredible healthy food with a big hearty brunch, afternoon tea and delicious dinner.
