Group Vocal Work:
A Journey Home ~ 8 weeks

A gentle, guided journey into vocal embodiment designed to awaken your authentic voice in a supportive online circle. Each cohort runs every 3 months during the seasons of Equinox’s and Solstice’s as we work with the energies of these potent times. After feedback from the 4 week journey I am offering an extended program over 8 weeks that allows for greater spaciousness, deeper integration and stronger community bonds. We slow down the pace and drop into deeper embodiment of the work. 

Vocal work has been a life long journey for me and having acquired a giant toolkit of wisdom I am now ready to share with you. I used to teach energy work trainings and now it’s through the voice and the body as an instrument for liberated healing, embodiment and empowerment! This isn’t a place to refine singing techniques, instead I take a holistic approach working with your physical, energetic, spiritual, emotional and mental bodies weaving in teachings from my work over the years as a Body Worker and Shamanic Facilitator.
