Move your body…
I’ve been dancing since I was a little girl and I find it the most rewarding form of exercise. Moving your body is imperative to your overall mental health and wellbeing. For me, dancing helps me get out of my mind and connects me back into my heart and my body so I can really feel what’s alive. It’s an amazing way to release stagnant energy, promote better health, increase flexibility, open deeper connection to yourself and so much more. The possibilities really are endless. It’s a powerful movement meditation where I truly feel, receive and align myself.
I’m currently facilitating regular classes in Lisbon called INBODY & Primal.
On retreats you can book me for Inbody, Body Wisdom or Elemental Embodiment sessions. Classes infused with somatics and shamanic wisdom of the body.
